Window Blinds And How To Install Them

There are several models of this type of curtain, but the most known are the horizontal, vertical and roller blinds. If you do not already have one installed at home, check out their advantages and our tutorial further below on how to install them, even though we recommend that you consult a specialist for the installation.

Why choose a blind?

A blind is a covering for the window, installed to keep out the light. This covering is often made of cloth or narrow slats which block light or allow it to pass in a more controlled way.
There are more and more diverse curtain options that we find in stores and websites. So why choose a blind? They have several pros, such as being lighter and having a more modern look.
So, if you want to know how to install horizontal blind or how to install roller blind, you can already get the pencil and paper to jot down tips!

Materials you'll need

·        Blind

·        Hand level

Pre-installation

First of all, measure the window before you buy your blind. If you are going to use the blind inside the span, it should be 1 cm smaller than the total width. If it is to be used from the outside, choose a model that leaves leftovers of approximately 5 to 10 cm on the sides. Now, let's go step by step on how to install a horizontal or roller blind.

Step by step on how to install a horizontal or roller blind
